The up: High-end appearance, features, and services – no expense spared.

The down: Very high-end cost.

Our call: Unless mom and dad are paying the bills, you may be better off elsewhere for your money.

Admittedly, The Province has perhaps the most appealing appearance of all the apartment complexes in Kent – inside and out. The resort-style outdoor pool wouldn’t look out of place at a four-star hotel, the community lounge may as well be the rec room in a country club, and the fitness center is both spacious and very well-equipped. Also, The Province offers a wide variety of external styles for its housing (townhome, studio, or cottage). If these things are what appeal to you then The Province is certainly worth a look.

However, all of this glamour comes at a cost. And that cost is going to be coming out of your pocket if you’re living there. You’re looking at more than twice what you’d be paying for other studios and one-bedroom apartments in Kent.
